The Grand on 10th is located on the 10th floor and has a capacity of up to 300 guests and has access to the veranda that overlooks downtown Fresno. The Grand 1401 is on the official list of the Nation’s historic places worthy of preservation. The former SJL&P Building is a highly significant building in Fresno, both as a visual architectural landmark for the City and as an excellent example of the Italian Renaissance Revival style.
