Hello! My name is Liz Seidel and I can’t wait to spend time with you! I am the sole owner/photographer at Sterling Life Photography. I have been documenting weddings and people full time since the summer of 2015. I have two beautiful children that keep me busy and laughing. I love driving with no destination while listening to audible, wine, a good laugh that makes your cheeks hurt, and melting into the scene at weddings.

I am a photographer based in Virginia Beach. For nine years, I coached a US Olympic Team and saw many remarkable feats and places. My love for capturing those moments bred my passion for photography and sharing it with others. Photography has dared me to confront the world in a much different way and helped me enjoy my surroundings, cope with my fears, and ease (a little) my social awkwardness.

Growing up with four sisters close in age, I’ve developed a natural love for all things girly: shopping trips, coffee time, and now sister night. I’ll always choose pepper over salt, sangria over beer, and novels over the newspaper.
