Lori has had a passion for baking since growing up watching her mother create all varieties of scratch made deliciousness, including custom cakes and wedding cakes. She is the lead decorator and baker at Sweet It Is! In addition to her love of all things involving cake design, you might find her at the local YMCA instructing a cycle or strength class. Calvin is Lori’s “partner in cake”! In addition to preparing icings and creating delectable recipes, he also makes our very special fondant. You’re very likely to meet him delivering your cake!
