I started PREMIUM CARBS because I honestly got tired of carbs receiving a bad rap over the years plus the many many people who’ve encouraged me to start my own operation. So this Community Supported Bakery (CSB) is the lovechild of that idea. I just love to bake so you get to benefit from that obsession. #IWDFCFTBATK
PREMIUM CARBS is a Community Supported Bakery (CSB) that focuses on simple, fresh ingredients and breaking down the stigma of “bad carbs.” We like good carbs. As a CSB, we give back to our community with everything we make and sell. Through our CARBS FOR GOOD program, we donate a portion of our profits to local Seattle organizations helping people get access to high quality food.
