Combining her culinary skills with her passion for art and beauty, Eboni developed Nosh’d, an Austin, Texas based brand creating luxury snack experiences for elevated events. Almost 20 years later, her childhood experiences inspired her to pursue an education in wine and spirits which naturally led her to cheese pairings.

Eboni has studied under some of the biggest names in the charcuterie space and is currently pursuing Level 2 qualification from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.
