My name is Chef Gabriela Claudio. I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. I have been a Home baker since 2015 when i started my small business all while having my first pastry Job at Bottega Louie in DTLA. From there i went on to work at Susie Cakes as a Pastry Chef and later a Vegan/Paleo/Gluten Free bakery in Venice Beach.

In 2016 I decided to dedicate my love entirely to my own business. In 2018 i began to teach pastry classes at the South Bay School of Cooking where i get to help people achieve their goals and master the art of baking and decorating pastries, and ofcoarse still trying to making my clients cake dreams come true.

Being a classically trained Chef, i know what ingredients are the best quality and will taste the best. We use 100% real butter, which makes our products melt in your mouth delicious! Everything is freshly made for each order and nothing will ever come from a can or carton ready made. Customer Satisfaction is my main priority and we prefer QUALITY over QUANTITY without breaking your budget. Our prices are flexible and we are willing to work with most budgets. We would love to be a part of your special day!!!
