Bakery offerings include a wide range of baked goods and custom desserts influenced by our Southern heritage and French culinary training. We believe in producing natural products using seasonal local produce and small batch baking to control quality. Our clients and community become family, so it is important to us for them to be a part of the creative process no matter the occasion. At CEG we value quality in food and quality in service. We strive to create an emotional experience through our food.
We customize unique flavors, desserts and tables. Our ingredients are all natural including local and seasonal produce, fruit zests and natural extracts. Cakes are iced using Swiss or Italian Buttercream made with a homemade meringue and pure butter which makes them less sugary. Fillings are made in house with fresh fruit, Ghirardelli Chocolate, and high end liquors.
