After years of cooking he finally made the plunge and decided to further his education and go to Johnson and Wales University to receive his Culinary degree in 2002. With many years of working in some of the trendiest restaurants in Coral Gables, and Miami Beach, he decided to go on his own and start Delicious Catering. In 2004 DCS was born. In understanding every aspect of catering and event services, including site selection, entertainment, and event management, he was an automatic hit.
We grow all are Micro Greens and can customize greens for wedding/party. Chef Chris has participated in many Food shows, Festivals, TV Cooking demo’s like channel 7(WSVN) morning show, and channel 20 “De Todo Un Poco” . He has been featured in several articles including an article about Farm Fresh organic catering. Recently he was featured in “Whats Happening Coral gables” Tv show. He has had numerous appearances’ as a demo chef for some of the cities most exciting festivals. Chef Christopher has a deep understanding of food and is constantly keeping up with the latest cooking trends.
