I’ve been baking professionally for over 7 years, and was hired to make my first wedding cake when I was just 16! I love being able to give clients something memorable for their weddings, events, or as gifts for their loved ones. Consistency and flexibility are the two main ingredients in making my clients come back for seconds!
I think that a bakers has 2 main jobs. To create something that makes people do a happy dance in their seats when they taste it, and to understand how the overall vision of florals, colors and venue will come together. Your cake or desserts deserve to be a showstopper, but perfectly combine all of the best elements that you’ve spent so long picking out. Discussing design and all the ways that I can emulate your important details in a delicious dessert is truly one of my favorite things to do!
