My name is Chef Gabriela Claudio. I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. I have been a Home baker since 2015 when i started my small business all while having my first pastry Job at Bottega Louie in DTLA. From there i went on to work at Susie Cakes as a Pastry Chef and later a Vegan/Paleo/Gluten Free bakery in Venice Beach.

When Danny first saw a donut machine in sunny California on his honeymoon back in 2014 he knew it would be a huge success in New York City. The idea was (personal information protected by Zola) donut joy to the streets of NYC.

I specialize in creating delicious cakes frosted with buttercream and decorated w/organic embellishments such as fresh fruit and fresh flowers. I also offer fondant and gum paste accents such as flowers and characters.

We make ice cream and other frozen treats right before your very eyes with no electricity or freezers. Smoke flies as our Nitro Artisans use liquid nitrogen to freeze you ice cream concoctions right on the spot. Made to order!
