Our 1900 sq ft of open loft space overflows with natural light and character. Our space is fully customizable with gorgeous high ceilings and windows, wood floors, and rustic brick walls.

Bar Avec is an open-air rooftop concept joining One Off Hospitality’s collective of award-winning restaurants and bars. Located on the 8th floor of 640 N Lasalle Drive.
