Courtney Wiley, owner and lead designer, realized a life-long dream by opening Violets Are Blue Floral Design. She has a true passion for floral design, and thrives on the creation of designs that bring beauty and festivity to events in and around Indianapolis. She always strives to satisfy her customers’ personal wishes and budgets. Courtney is known for her creative design style and high level of energy.

Every person has innate interests and passions, and I recognized from a very young age that creating beauty in my surroundings was something that I wanted to be a part of my life forever. Shortly after I learned to write, I could be found embellishing my letters with little hand-sketched swirls and flowers.

I’m a second generation florist with a passion for weddings. Getting to know my clients and helping to create beautiful flowers tailored for their style and needs is the core of what I do.
