Wedding Cakes
Following a dinner in downtown Omaha, we (owners James and Michael) were looking for a good brownie for dessert. After driving around Omaha and seeing only cupcake, cookie, and donut shops we found that it was difficult to find a good brownie, as well as any shop that only specialized in them.
Based in Kansas City, Missouri, GoGo Candy Co. is a specialty candy pop-up truck that is a great sweet treat for wedding events.
Coming from an Italian family, I inherited the baking genes. I started making cheesecakes 15 years ago. It started out as a challenge to see if I could do it, and once I mastered that, I decided to expand into different flavors. I brought cheesecakes to family functions and my mom would always say that they were “too rich” or “too much”.
When you walk into Angel Food, you’re walking straight into a real working bakery. You’ll see us whirling about, baking fresh cookies, rolling out donut doughs, mixing up cake batter, and frantically running to the big ovens once the timers buzz loudly.
I’m Leah and I’m the lady behind the cakes here at Ink. I grew up baking and making cakes for family and friends as a teen and haven’t found anything in life that makes me as happy since!

My Cake Bite Delights was created by the owner Ms. Marissa Poppins who has been referred to as a Modern Day Mary Poppins. Marissa has two beautiful children she tends to, loves to be active, works in the SaaS industry by day and bakes a bit of magic into each one of her delicious creations every night.
