I am a self-taught pastry chef who has a passion for baking and making beautiful and delicious desserts. I have a popular bakery storefront in Oakland that I would for you to come by, visit and look around someday.

Welcome. Gin’s Baked Goods was established by the baker, and recipe developer, Jen Addison. Jen’s love for baking was born from time spent in the kitchen with her grandmother Virginia, whom the grandkids affectionately called “Ginna”, and her mother Ann.

Y.So.Sweet was founded by a local confectioner Yin. Yin first made cotton candy treats for her daughter’s birthday party. She discover she had a knack for making the fluffy sweet candy. The cotton candy was so popular with her friends and family, Yin created (personal information protected by Zola) to shear her candy concoctions with everyone!

Welcome. Sweet Condesa is a Filipino & Latin-inspired dessert catering company rooted in Oakland, California. Founded in 2017 by Melody Lorenzo, a Filipina immigrant, self-taught baker, and a former public servant turned entrepreneur who is passionate in creating reimagined desserts that represent heritage and traditions.
